On arrival into Helsinki International Airport, meet your Tour Leader and proceed to Hotel for Check-in. Rest of the day free at leisure. Later Dinner and Overnight in Helsinki. (D)

Day 2 OVERNIGHT TRAIN TO ROVANIEMI

After breakfast depart to Helsinki Pier to board your ferry to Tallin(Capital of Estonia). On arrival into Tallin meet local guide and proceed for guided walking tour of Tallin old town. Later proceed to Helsinki to board on beautiful overnight train to Rovaniemi. Dinner and Overnight in Train. (B/L/D)

Day 3 ROVANIEMI

After arrival to Rovaniemi, we visit Santa Claus Village where we will meet the Original Santa Claus and get a chance to click photo with Santa Claus. Evening check-in at the hotel. Dinner and Overnight in Rovaniemi. (B/L/D)

Day 4 ROVANIEMI

After breakfast, Embark on a once-in-a-lifetime cruise through the frozen waters of the Bothnian Sea in Lapland on an icebreaker ship. Swim in the icy water in a flotation survival suit and explore the vessel. Enjoy the unforgettable Lifetime experience of Icebreaker Cruise. Later proceed back to Rovaniemi. Travel Tips & Remarks

Payments to be made in favor of: "FORAM WORLDWIDE HOSPITALITY".
Booking Deposit: INR 1,00,000/- (Non-refundable) at the time of booking.
Document Submission: Original passport and necessary documents to be submitted 60 days prior to departure.
Balance Payment: To be completed 40 days prior to departure.
Taxes: 5% GST (mandatory). TCS: 5% for spends under INR 10 Lakhs. 20% for spends above INR 10 Lakhs.
Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for at least six months from the return date of travel.
Group Size for Maharaj Services: Maharaj services will be provided only if a minimum of 30 passengers are traveling together.
Hotel Accommodation: Hotels are subject to change based on flight schedules and availability. Room allocations are at the hotel’s discretion, and specific requests (e.g., adjacent rooms, same floor, or specific views) cannot be guaranteed.
Sightseeing & Activity Changes: Any cancellations or changes to sightseeing or activities (e.g., Helicopter tours, Gondola rides) due to weather conditions or operational issues will not qualify for alternative arrangements.
Vehicle and Flight Issues: Foram Worldwide is not responsible for vehicle breakdowns or flight delays.
High-Season Surcharge: Additional charges may apply during high seasons or international events.
Hotel Cancellation Policies: Hotel cancellations will adhere strictly to the respective hotel’s policies.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued via post-dated cheques (60 days from departure) after deducting cancellation charges.
Baggage Loss or Damage: Passengers must handle baggage loss or damage claims locally. Foram Worldwide is not liable for such incidents.
Hotel Check-In/Out: Standard hotel check-in time is 16:00, and check-out is 11:00 noon. Early check-ins or late check-outs are not guaranteed and may require booking the room for the previous night. Double beds are not guaranteed.
Credit Cards: Kindly carry credit card as some hotels may ask for damage deposit and accept credit card only.
Room Damages: Passengers are responsible for any damages caused to hotel rooms or vehicles during their stay. Foram Worldwide will not be liable.
Liability Disclaimer: The company is not liable for any damages, injuries, accidents, deaths, delays, or irregularities caused by weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or other unforeseen events.
Prepaid Services: All services are prepaid, and no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour or changes made by passengers.
Complaints: Any complaints regarding hotels, cruises, transfers, restaurants, or sightseeing must be reported immediately to the local agent or our office. Complaints received after the tour concludes will not be entertained.
Exchange Rates (ROE): The exchange rate for payments will be as per XE.com + INR 1.30 during balance payments.
Internal Flights: Baggage allowance for internal flights will follow the respective airline's policy.
Free Days: Services on free days will be provided only if requested and confirmed in advance.
Natural Calamities or Delays: Foram Worldwide is not responsible for missed sightseeing or activities due to flight delays, vehicle breakdowns, or natural calamities.
